Our Investment Approach
Growth Capital Partners has a proven team that has applied the same consistent and differentiated strategy for the past 10 years, focusing on the UK lower mid-market.
Typically we’ll invest £5m to £50m in management buy-outs, development capital and secondary or tertiary buy-outs. We also have an appetite for follow on investment to support acquisitions.
We work in partnership with ambitious and likeminded management teams who have an equity ownership focus, a vision for what they want to achieve and the skill and experience to do it.
We back established profitable businesses with strong track records and a clear differentiation. We don’t back start ups or early stage high tech businesses.
