We saw that this was an established niche engineering business with a blue chip customer base and a full product and service offering in its target markets.
ATG was held in high regard with major customers and the growth opportunities were clearly identified as the benefits of cross selling already becoming apparent.
We helped to grow the business by targeting new markets and improving the quality of earnings by focussing on longer term sustainable contracts at improved margins.
