The opportunity to invest arose when the management team decided to bring in a financial partner to assist with growth opportunities and simultaneously realise some of their value in the company.

Investment rationale
We saw that Eldapoint was a robust business with long standing customer relationships and an experienced management with a proven track record. Our investment rationale was also supported by the commitment of management to rollover a significant investment in the business. The asset cover in the deal as also very strong affording an early opportunity for re-financing. The strategic locations secured in all major UK ports is a key strength.
