Investment rationale and value creation
We were attracted to this global business with an impressive management team and operating systems. It was already an established and profitable business and the nature of the business provided the downside protection.
We strengthened the operational management team, supported successful overseas expansion and improved working capital management to which enabled profits to grow substantially during the period of our investment.
