Investment rationale and value creation
We recognised that this was a cash generative business with long-term growth prospects and a strong asset base.
In 2006 we supported the acquisition of the trading assets of Norprint, a specialist label business at the forefront of radio frequency identification technology. This doubled the turnover and profitability of Magnadata Group that was the catalyst for a successful exit in 2007.
