Our Funds

Our investment structures offer investors the opportunity of strong paid yield, PIK or preferred equity and a significant equity upside. Our approach allows for early return of capital and therefore a flatter “J curve” which de-risks the investment quickly.

Investors in our funds include insurance companies and fund of funds. Fund I closed in August 2000 and is now fully realised having exceeded investors expectations. Fund II closed in December 2005, with follow-ons from all Fund I investors as well as new investors. Fund II is currently being invested.
