Sarah Hale – Finance Director
Sarah has been responsible for the financial operations of Growth Capital since its inception in 1999.
She has been involved in private equity since 1997 following a varied career in finance and administration, including financial services, television and manufacturing.
Sarah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a degree in Mathematics from Oxford University.
