James Blake James joined CGC in August 2005 after 5 years with venture capital firm 3i where he worked on a wide range of management buy outs and growth capital deals. Since joining the CGC team James has been involved in all aspects of the business including succesfully leading the acquisition of Allen & Heath. Prior to 3i, James spent 4 years as a director of a chilled food distribution company which was successfully sold to Express Dairies, having previously spent 5 years in the Army.
