Justin joined CGC in October 2006 following 3 years as business development director of an industrial distribution business. Amongst his projects, he managed an outsourcing program and led his firm’s successful strategic partnership with the world’s leading bearing company. Prior to this Justin was at HSBC where he worked in growth company corporate finance and private equity. He read Economics and Management at Oxford and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
