Jan 2014 – GCP announces the appointment of Ravi Monteiro to the deal team
Growth Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Ravi Monteiro has joined the deal team.
Growth Capital Partners (GCP), the provider of blended equity and debt to the UK’s small to medium sized businesses, has announced the appointment of Ravi Monteiro as investment manager. Ravi, who joins from Clearwater Corporate Finance, provides additional transactional resource as GCP continues to deploy its Fund III.

Ravi’s appointment follows on from the recent promotion of Kirsty McDonald to Partner.

Whilst at Clearwater Ravi advised a number of private businesses on a range of transactions including management buyouts, business sales and debt & equity restructuring advisory work. Prior to this Ravi qualified as a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young where he was part of the Private Equity Team.
He graduated from the University of Warwick with 1st Class honours in Management Sciences in 2005. During his degree he was selected to spend a year studying on a scholarship programme at Wharton Business School, part of the University of Pennsylvania in the US.
