I rejoined Growth Capital Partners in 2024, having previously worked here from 2021 to 2023. As Head of Marketing, I lead all strategic marketing and communications activity, while also supporting the brilliant marketing teams across our portfolio. I have over 12 years’ experience across both large and small B2B marketing functions.

I work closely with the GCP team to strengthen our marketing capability and lead a community across the portfolio to share ideas and best practice. I’m passionate about using marketing as a driver of growth, aligned to our business strategy and evolving with the ambitious businesses we support.

Outside work, you’ll likely find me running through the streets of London or training to get faster on the Hyrox track, like many of the team, sport plays a big role in my life.
