As Investor Relations and Coverage Manager at GCP, I work across fundraising, investor relationships and adviser engagement. Since joining the firm in 2022, I’ve been fortunate to support the successful close of Fund VI and play an increasingly broad role in GCP’s external engagement.

I’ve always been curious about people: what matters to them, what shapes their decisions and how trust is earned over time. Fortunately, that curiosity has found a professional home. Working closely with colleagues across the Investment and Origination teams, I help strengthen relationships across GCP’s network and support a more connected approach to investor and market engagement.

Before joining GCP, I trained as a ballerina at The Royal Ballet School. Although I’ve since swapped ballet shoes for pitch decks, the discipline, resilience and attention to detail have proved remarkably transferable, though mercifully without the blisters!

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading or spending a disproportionate amount of time trying to persuade friends and colleagues to read whichever book I’ve just finished. My success rate is mixed, but my enthusiasm remains undiminished.
