CloudRock expands its European presence with the acquisition of SuccessDay

Global HR and Finance digital transformation consultancy and Workday Partner, CloudRock, is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of SuccessDay, creating one of the largest independent advisory consultancies and Workday partners in Europe.

The acquisition significantly expands CloudRock’s European footprint across the Netherlands, Benelux and DACH regions. The combined organisation will continue to deliver high-quality advisory and implementation services while expanding its capability to support complex, cross-border Workday programmes for enterprise clients across Europe and beyond. The partnership accelerates CloudRock’s international growth ambitions and positions the combined group as a leading independent European specialist, offering a compelling and agile alternative to traditional system integrators.

Following the acquisition, CloudRock’s headcount will have doubled since GCP’s initial investment to create a business on track to generate c.£40m revenue, underscoring GCP’s growth-oriented investment strategy within the UK Knowledge Economy.
