Investment Director, Jay Salter recognised on the Real Deals Future 40 Midmarket Investment Leaders List

We are delighted to share that Investment Director Jay Salter has been named on the Real Deals Future 40 Midmarket Investment Leaders list.

This recognition celebrates those in the industry who have excelled in their roles while serving as exemplary figures within their firms and the wider sector. In 2024, Jay Salter played a pivotal role across several of GCPs most impactful investment partnerships, demonstrating deal leadership, strategic thinking, building his reputation as a future leader in private equity. He was a leading member of GCP’s investment in CloudRock, managing international diligence, value creation planning, and key Workday discussions. He also led the bolt-on acquisition of Contineo into Plenitude, helping to broaden its proposition and strengthen its market position. At Indigo, Jay drove strategic change, including a focus on higher-quality recurring revenue, while leading the CEO and CFO succession process. Beyond transactions, Jay mentors junior colleagues and shapes GCP’s collaborative culture. His maturity, strategic insight, and cross-border leadership mark him out as a future leader already delivering at a senior level across deals, portfolio strategy, and firm-wide impact.
