Advanced Insulation Joins Forces with GCP

Advanced Insulation plc (AI) is pleased to announce that it has completed a transaction which sees Growth Capital Partners (GCP) taking a substantial minority shareholding in the company.

At the same time this move has allowed a number of minority shareholders to realise their investment. This change of shareholding will not affect operational issues. AI’s personnel and contact details will remain unchanged.
