Chaucer acquire Medley Business Solutions
Chaucer Group, is a digital transformation consulting firm based in London, New York and Houston has acquired Medley Business Solutions, an independent client-side ICT consultancy. The deal creates a combined team of more than 500 consultants in the UK and US.
Medley Solution was founded in 1997, and still managed by founder Tim Eglen, the Guildford-headquartered company is a successful IT and management consultancy. It provides independent client-side services from strategy through to implementation and operation.
Chaucer continues its successful expansion with the acquisition of Medley Business Solutions, who brings strong expertise in ICT programmes in the public sector and specific capabilities in law enforcement to the group. This enables Chaucer to expand its footprint in the UK Central Government and offer an enhanced range of services to public sector organisations.
