As Network Director I build and lead the firm’s Growth Network.  We utilise this valuable group of industry leaders to strengthen our due diligence, gain further insight into sectors and businesses, introduce potential customers, strengthen boards and teams where applicable and assist management in bringing in the right talent, permanent or temporary, as and when required throughout the life of an investment.

I joined GCP in 2015 and have spent over 15 years in private equity investing, originating and leading deals and managing and exiting portfolios for both UK and US private equity houses. Throughout that period, I have sat independently on boards as well as for private equity.

I trained as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co and worked for British Linen Bank in Corporate Finance.  In the last 11 years I have focused on building a network and assisting in building top quality boards.

Culture and values are key to me and I thoroughly enjoy working at GCP.
