I joined GCP in 2025 to lead the development of our value creation function. As Portfolio Growth Director, I partner closely with management teams across the portfolio to drive profitable growth and unlock long-term value.

With five years of experience in private equity, I bring expertise in scaling businesses. Before GCP, I led the value creation efforts at Puma Growth Partners, a VCT growth investor, and at ScaleUp Capital, where I worked hands-on with over 30 high-growth companies—giving me a strong sense of what works (and what doesn’t) when scaling businesses.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Accenture in technology consulting and later at Baringa Partners as a management consultant. I began my professional journey in enterprise software sales, which gave me a commercial edge that complements my strategic mindset.

I hold a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Master’s in Management from Imperial College London. My diverse background makes me a well-rounded advisor, capable of supporting the key levers that drive growth investments.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad of two young children who keep me on my toes. I’ve recently taken up padel, and I’m a passionate BBQ enthusiast—especially when firing up my Big Green Egg. BBQ at mine?
