I have a strong passion for people. Supporting their development, wellbeing and contribution to an organisation’s success is what drives my work. I hold a first degree in European Business, a postgraduate teaching qualification, and a Masters in Organisational Consultancy. Along the way, I also founded an early-stage RPO, which helped shape my career in people consulting.

I have worked with a wide range of small businesses, mainly in the services sector. My focus is on people practice, leadership, organisational development, learning and development, and wider business consultancy. I have a particular interest in recruitment and retention and I am a published author with Kogan Page, having written two books on the subject.

Unlike many others at GCP, I prefer to admire intense physical exercise from afar. When I am not in London, I retreat to my home in Suffolk, where I enjoy enthusiastic rather than accomplished gardening, and walking my dogs along some of the most wind-swept beaches in England.
