As an independent NED for GCP. I have worked as a chairman or independent director on three successful portfolio companies. I am now currently chair of three scaling firms Cutover, Bridewell and Hunter Healthcare.

Since exiting PCubed, in 2013, a leading Program Management consultancy I have co-founded and led various Technology and Services start-ups and scale-ups, including being an active investor and NED. My early career after an Edinburgh degree in Computer Science was in IT at Ford Motor Company and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Outside the office I have four (mostly) grown up children and enjoy Ski touring and boating.
