I am a Financial Services Industry Specialist at Growth Capital Partners, where I support portfolio companies and investment teams with sector insight, strategic guidance, and operational leadership. I work closely with CEOs and boards to help scale specialist consulting and technology-enabled businesses, strengthen commercial positioning, and navigate structural change within financial services. My focus includes helping firms evolve their operating models, deploy technology and AI-enabled solutions, and maximise long-term enterprise value.

I bring over 50 years of experience across banking, technology, consulting, and advisory roles. I have held senior finance positions at Lehman Brothers, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and ABN AMRO, and served as CIO at Enron and Barclays Capital. I later joined Deloitte as a Senior Consulting Partner, where I led the Banking Capital Management and Analytics practice and subsequently served as CEO of Deloitte’s European digital and technology delivery centre in Bucharest.

More recently, I founded FinTob Consulting, advising financial institutions and specialist firms on growth strategy, operating model design, and regulatory-driven transformation. I have worked extensively with boards, private equity investors, and executive teams to help build resilient, scalable businesses in complex and highly regulated markets.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, golf, and spending time with my family. I remain particularly interested in how emerging technologies, especially AI, will reshape financial services and professional advisory firms.
