I joined GCP as a Portfolio Growth Executive in 2026, partnering closely with our ambitious management teams to define and support the delivery of strategic growth initiatives across the portfolio. My role focuses on translating investment strategy into practical, real-world actions that drive business value.

Prior to GCP, I spent eight years working across in-house strategy roles and management consulting. I have direct experience working within a PE-backed business, supporting the management team on business-wide strategic and operational initiatives. As a consultant, I advised a range of businesses on topics including go-to-market strategy, operating model design, and value creation planning. This breadth of experience means I’m well placed to support the portfolio across the full spectrum of value creation opportunities.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and getting lost in a good novel – the odd history or art history book still sneaks in, mostly to reassure myself my degree wasn’t wasted. I also try to make the most of London’s cultural scene when I can, from gallery visits to theatre trips.
