About the Investment Team

At the heart of the firm is the investment team. We identify and evaluate new opportunities, build relationships with management teams, and work closely with them to support growth and scale. Following a record fundraise for Fund VI, in both speed and capital raised, the firm has created a new Investment Executive role to support the continued investment in and expansion of the team.

You’ll be working in the heart of the deal team with strong senior and Partner exposure, on live deals, both investment and sell-side. Developing client relationships, taking a deep analytical look at prospective partner businesses, writing investment theses and then working with acquired businesses on their growth plans and future success will be hallmarks of your role. It’s endlessly varied with the potential rewards of seeing your success in action.

About you

A minimum of 3 – 4 years of professional transaction experience in a relevant field will be needed. You may have trained as a chartered accountant with a Big Four firm or gained M&A experience in a mid-market investment banking environment in which case you’ll also have strong technical financial and deal flow experience.

Alongside this you’ll have demonstrable analytical ability, solid academic foundations, an entrepreneurial, curious mindset and importantly strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in the technology, tech-enabled services or professional services sectors would also be particularly relevant, as, of course, is a clear drive to move into Private Equity.
