As an Investment Director in the team, the best part of my job is meeting, getting to know, and ultimately partnering with ambitious management teams to support them on their growth journeys. I am currently a Director on the Board of Flint Global and I look after our regional relationships in the South East, Thames Valley, and the South West.

I have over 14 years’ transactions experience as an advisor and an investor, the last nine of which I have spent in private equity. I am proud to be part of a great team at GCP, which is well-known for its excellent track record, partnership approach to investing, and being straightforward to deal with. No two days are the same and I enjoy working across the whole deal lifecycle, from deal origination to execution, and most importantly, building long-term relationships with teams.

I am passionate about improving gender diversity in private equity at all levels, both within private equity firms themselves and businesses that are private equity backed and I am part of the Level 20 Outreach programme to encourage more women into the industry.  

I’m a bit of a foodie and outside of work I am often cooking, visiting new restaurants or browsing recipe books to decide what to eat next! To wind down, I head to group fitness classes at my local gym which bring out both my team spirit and competitive streak.
