Since joining GCP in 2018, I have had the privilege of partnering with entrepreneurial management teams building tech and services businesses in high-growth end-markets. I am passionate about helping businesses shape and deliver strategic initiatives that underpin growth, enhance value, and foster a strong culture. I currently work closely with Strata FSC, and have previously supported Infinity Works, CubeLogic, Plenitude and Bridewell.

Prior to GCP, I spent nine years in various financial and commercial roles, including the investment team at MARCOL, a family office focused on technology and healthcare, and as a Technology Business Partner at the BBC. I am a Chartered Accountant and qualified with Ernst & Young within their Transaction Support team.

Outside of work, I am a keen skier and cyclist. I also love to run and can regularly be spotted at the Bushy Park park-run with my two young girls cheering me on.
