GCP invests in telecoms infrastructure services

Growth Capital Partners (GCP) has invested €23.3m in John Henry Group, a telecoms infrastructure services company.

Founded in 1985 in Cambridgeshire, the John Henry Group supports telecoms providers mainly by maintaining and extending their broadband networks.

The business has long-standing relationships with all major network operators and it is also a trusted partner to newer entrants, GCP said.

“John Henry Group is at a very exciting stage of its development and we are delighted to have GCP involved to help us take the business forward,” said Pat Henry, chief executive officer at John Henry Group.

“GCP has a great reputation for enabling companies to achieve their potential, and we look forward to working with them towards building our team and increasing our customer base and range of services.”
