Infinity Works exit wins at this year’s Yorkshire Insider Deal Makers awards

At last week’s Yorkshire Insider Deal Makers awards ceremony in Leeds, the sale of Infinity Works to Accenture was awarded ‘Deal of the Year (£25m and above)’. A well-deserved award that highlights the exceptional talent within Infinity Works, the fantastic growth they achieved during our investment period, and the hard work and expertise from all of the advisors who supported the deal.

Founded in 2014, Infinity Works is a leading digital transformation business that in 2020 was recognised by the Financial Times as one of the UK’s leading management consultants. Our investment partnership started in March 2019, where we backed the founders in a minority deal. We worked together to achieve significant growth for the business, helping with the systems, processes and investment in people to support continued rapid expansion, whilst ensuring that the unique business culture was maintained at scale. The acquisition by global professional services company, Accenture was then successfully completed in February 2021.
