101 Ways is a high growth specialist technology consultancy that supports its clients in delivering product and technology led transformation programmes. Its services range from strategic advisory and leadership through to product delivery and full-scale transformation of a company’s technology landscape. Clients include M&S, BBC and Hargreaves Lansdown.

The business provides strategic advice and leadership with a focus on building best in class software products and applications that help deliver clients’ growth priorities. 101 Ways has strong capabilities in cloud, DevOps, data, web and mobile applications.

The high calibre management team at 101 Ways have built a business with a reputation for providing specialist technical teams to solve complex client problems whilst simultaneously implementing best practice delivery methods and upskilling clients’ internal teams.

101 Ways have built a strong market standing through their quality service offering in a high growth sector. With well-embedded relationships at senior levels within high quality clients, we are delighted to be partnering with them. Through our previous experience working within the tech consulting sector, we are looking forward to supporting their ambitious growth journey.  

Strategic support through our Growth Toolkit

We will closely support the 101 Ways team with numerous strategic growth initiatives over the life of our investment, leveraging our Growth Toolkit and Network:

People & Organisation

  • Supporting the development of the people functions (HR and recruitment) as the business accelerates its recruitment of permanent consultants
  • Providing hands-on support to source senior hires
  • Growing the team to deliver on significant demand for 101 Ways’ services

Funding for growth

  • To underpin deliverability of the deal, GCP provided all the funding for the transaction at completion

Driving Growth

  • Supporting further investment in the sales team and account management function to enable 101 Ways to continue delivering growth with new and existing customers

Systems & Processes

  • Support the finance function in driving improved reporting and KPI monitoring
  • Support investment in back-office systems and processes (PSA and HR tools)
  • Support for ongoing training, professional accreditations and skills partnerships
