I’m a Director in the investment team and lead on GCP’s ESG activities; we have always believed in doing the right things and operating in a sustainable manner to ensure we can make a positive contribution to society across our investments and within our own organisation. I currently sit on the boards of Bridewell Consulting, GTS Flexible Materials and First Mile and have also been involved in other recent investment partnerships such as AIS, JKR and FLYdocs.
Beyond my investment and portfolio responsibilities I also look after our regional relationships in the Midlands.
I have spent my entire career working with growth companies and owner-managed businesses, initially as an advisor and for the last nine years as an investor with GCP. I am passionate about building strong and lasting relationships with management teams and feel privileged to play a part in the journey of some of the UK’s most exciting businesses.
Outside of work I am involved in student mentoring and pretend that I’m still very active by talking a lot about sports. In reality you are more likely to find me trying to learn the piano or running around after the kids.
