GCP-backed Bridewell acquires Arculus

GCP is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of cyber security consultancy, Arculus, by its portfolio company Bridewell.

Through this acquisition, Bridewell, the leading UK Cyber Security specialist firm expands its public sector offering and strengthens its position as a leading advisor to Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) focused organisations.

Bridewell has delivered impressive organic growth since it was founded in 2013, and the Arculus acquisition represents an opportunity to add further scale and sector expertise.  Together, these two businesses will comprise an over 250-strong team of highly accredited security experts, with an impressive customer roster across critical sectors such as Government, energy and utilities, and some of the UK’s largest airports.
