As an Investment Director in the team, the best part of my job is meeting, getting to know, and ultimately partnering with ambitious management teams to support them on their growth journeys. Until the end of 2025 when GCP successfully exited the business, I was a Director on the Board of Flint Global.

I have over fifteen years’ transactions experience as an advisor and an investor, the last ten of which I have spent in private equity. I am proud to be part of a great team at GCP, which is well-known for its excellent knowledge economy track record, partnership-led approach to investing and collaborative and transparent way of working. No two days are the same and I enjoy working across the whole deal lifecycle, from deal origination to execution, and most importantly, building long-term relationships with teams.

I am passionate about improving gender diversity in private equity at all levels, both within private equity firms themselves and businesses that are private equity backed and I am part of the Level 20 Outreach programme to encourage more women into the industry.

I’m a bit of a foodie and outside of work I am often cooking, visiting new restaurants or browsing recipe books to decide what to eat next! To wind down, I head to group fitness classes at my local gym which bring out both my team spirit and competitive streak.
