Managing Partner
I am one of the Founding and Managing Partners at GCP and bring over thirty years’ experience supporting management teams to build and scale high-quality businesses. I led GCP’s first Knowledge Economy investment in Forensic Alliance in 2002, marking the start of the firm’s long-standing focus on expertise-led growth. I currently Chair the Investment Committee and also play a lead role in investor relations at GCP, including the successful raise of GCP Fund VI.
It has been a privilege to partner with outstanding growth companies for more than twenty-five years. I am proud of our genuine, long-term approach to investing and of the hard-working team at GCP who consistently build trusted partnerships with ambitious founders.
I have played a leading role in a number of successful investments and exits across multiple funds, including Tangerine, A-Gas, Fishawack, Cooke Optics and Chaucer. In 2025, GCP successfully exited its investment in Flint Global, where I represented the firm at board level. Prior to founding GCP, I spent 10 years at PwC.
Outside work, I am keen on various sports (playing and watching), the active side these days mainly involves golf and going to the gym. I am pleased to support the charity Impetus, which aims to transform the lives of young people with disadvantaged backgrounds who continue to do excellent work.
