I am a Partner at the firm and member of the investment team.

I have spent my whole career working with owner-managed, growth companies in either an investment or advisory capacity. At GCP we work with great entrepreneurs who lead fantastic businesses in exciting end markets; it is a privilege partnering with organisations at this stage of development, supporting their exciting plans for scaling whilst being mindful of protecting what makes them so special in the first place.

I currently work with the teams at Bridewell and 101 Ways. I have also been involved in other investments such as Container Solutions, GTS Flexible Materials, FLYdocs, First Mile, and AIS. Beyond my investment and portfolio responsibilities I also lead our regional relationships in the Midlands.

Outside of work I am involved in student mentoring and pretend that I’m still very active by talking a lot about sports. In reality, you are more likely to find me trying to learn the piano or running around after the kids.
