Background

CloudRock, founded in 2017, is a global leader in client-side Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) advisory, implementation, and managed services, providing advice and support to global enterprises as they digitally transform their HR and finance functions.

With offices in London, Lisbon, Mumbai, Sydney, and New York, CloudRock is one of a small number of global Workday partners and has partnerships with other established ERP vendors, including ServiceNow, Oracle, and Dayforce. It has been recognised as one of the FT’s 1000 Fastest Growing Companies in 2023 across Europe.

Our investment partnership

Led by CEO, Minos Ataliotis and COO, Ani Kyriacou, CloudRock has nurtured a reputation as a key partner to the world’s largest ERP software vendors, ensuring it is recognised as a leader in implementation and optimisation services for enterprise clients.

The business has differentiated itself in the growing ERP digital transformation market, and the ambitious management team has built the foundations for the next stage of growth to become a globally recognised technology leader.

We look forward to sharing our experience and supporting the management team through this exciting phase of CloudRock’s growth journey.

Doing the right thing - our role in sustainable investing

As a people-led business, CloudRock focuses on culture and employee wellbeing. Internal policies place emphasis on the promotion of diversity and inclusive recruitment.

CloudRock’s internal training programme has produced over 30 graduates who have been trained in key technology skills across Europe and India. Ongoing training in best practices is also provided for managers across the business, as well as continuous upskilling for the wider team. Strong relationships with universities have been key in delivering this upskilling to the CloudRock team.

CloudRock’s focus remains its people, aiming to maintain the open and diverse culture as the business scales. Supporting the next generation of talent, DE&I at the senior level, and minimising the business’ carbon footprint are all key to CloudRock’s future initiatives.
