I am a Partner, Head of the Investment Team and lead the business alongside Managing Partner, Richard Shaw.

I have spent nearly twenty years working with high growth, entrepreneurial companies across multiple sectors and currently sit on the boards of Strata, Nurtur, CloudRock, Container Solutions, and Robiquity.  I previously represented GCP on the boards of Hippo, Infinity Works, The DMW Group and Chaucer Consulting and I also supported our investment in Flint Global.

I have been fortunate enough to work with some exceptional entrepreneurs and business leaders during my GCP career and have a particular interest in how technology and services businesses evolve against a backdrop of fast paced change and technological innovation. In recent years this disruption has only accelerated and it has been fascinating seeing the businesses we work with evolve their products, services and business models to thrive.

At GCP I am also really lucky to work with some incredibly talented people, many of whom have been with us for a significant proportion of their careers. I am excited to see talent progress in our organisation and it’s always exciting to see members of the team leading deals and helping build fantastic businesses.

Outside of GCP, I have two young children which means weekends are dominated by football, rugby and gymnastics. I also enjoy running and have a keen interest in history and politics.
