Salter

I am an Investment Director in the team with a focus on technology and people-led businesses. I am also responsible for looking after our regional relationships in Ireland.

I’ve been at GCP for nine years and have had the privilege of working with brilliant management teams including those at DMW, Indigo, AMG, JKR, CubeLogic, Hippo, Plenitude, CloudRock and Strata FSC, supporting businesses where expertise, talent and culture are central to growth. I led our investment in Strata FSC and also sit on the boards of Plenitude Consulting and Indigo.

Prior to GCP I spent eight years in the corporate finance team at EY where I worked in the London office before moving out to Sydney where I specialised in mid-market PE investments, advising both the PE investor as well as entrepreneurial management teams looking for a PE partner.

My biggest contribution to GCP was to establish our Fantasy Football league, which is hotly contested each year and outside of work I’ve recently replaced football boots with golf clubs and get my exercise by racing around after my little boys.
