As one of GCP’s founding partners and now Chairman, I support the firm’s strategic growth through board-level guidance, investor relationships and long-term stewardship. Over more than twenty five years , I have helped management teams build and scale high-quality businesses. I remain Chair of the Investment Committee and have helped guide GCP through four successful fundraises, including the recent £411m GCP Fund VI in 2025.
I have successfully led numerous investments, from GCP’s first Knowledge Economy investment in Forensic Alliance in 2002 through to the successful exit of Flint Global in 2025. I have helped shape the firm’s long-term focus on expertise-led growth throughout. Prior to founding GCP, I spent 10 years at PwC.
It has been a privilege to partner with outstanding growth companies. I am proud of our genuine, long-term approach to investing and of the hard-working team at GCP who consistently build trusted partnerships with ambitious founders.
Outside work, I enjoy golf, travel and staying active through sport and outdoor activities. I am also pleased to support Impetus, a charity working to transform the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
