Ravi Monteiro promoted to Partner at GCP

GCP is pleased to announce that Ravi Monteiro has joined the partnership of the firm.

Having been with GCP since 2014, he has a long track record of leading new investments for GCP, building strong relationships with management teams to create strategic value together. He joins the partnership having helped drive the deployment of GCP Fund V with recent investments including Bridewell, 101 Ways, and Container Solutions. Earlier investments include GTS Flexibles, First Mile, FLYdocs, and AIS.


Prior to joining GCP, Ravi worked in advisory roles at Clearwater and EY. Ravi brings expertise in our core sectors of Technology and Services with recent experience across cyber security and cloud transformation and leads our origination activities across the Midlands.


He also supports with ESG activities across the GCP portfolio and acts as a mentor for young people entering the private equity industry. Ravi champions GCP’s charity initiatives and community outreach, especially for underrepresented groups in the industry.
