Garrett is one of the founding partners at GCP and is involved in all aspects of the business, including origination, portfolio management and investor relations.

James is one of the founding partners at GCP and before his 24 years of investing experience had an operational background working with growth businesses.

Kirsty has over 20 years’ investing experience and has an engineering and strategy background. She leads Investor Relations and Fundraising at GCP.

Richard leads GCP’s investment activities in the Technology sector and has over 20 years’ experience working with growth companies across the UK.

Alex has developed a successful track record of supporting businesses operating in digital transformation, technology services and consulting, through his 16 year’s growth company experience.

Ravi leads GCP’s ESG initiatives and has spent his whole career working with UK growth companies. He currently supports our investment partnerships with Bridewell and 101 Ways.

Jay has built over 15 years’ experience of working in Corporate Finance and Private Equity. He plays a key role in technology sector origination and currently works with the boards of Plenitude Consulting, Indigo and AMG.

Emily joined GCP in 2021 and has over 14 years’ growth company experience as an advisor and an investor. She currently supports the team at Flint Global and has a range of specialist services sector experience.

James has supported several investment partnerships across our funds and has over 13 years’ experience as an advisor and an investor. He has significant buy and build experience and currently works with the board of ETC, Hippo Digital, and Container Solutions.

Heidi has over 13 years’ experience of working in financial and commercial roles. She currently supports the board at Bridewell with their strategic growth initiatives.

Liam has played a key role in several of our investment partnerships and currently supports the teams at GTS, JKR and Optima Partners. Originally from Australia he has over 10 years’ of transactional experience.

Dan has spent over 11 years in the technology ecosystem as both an advisor and investor. He currently works with the boards of CloudRock and Robiquity.

Joe has over nine years’ experience working with growth companies as both an investor and an advisor. He currently works with the boards of 101 Ways and First Mile.

Dom joined in 2022 having spent time as an advisor on both private equity and trade transactions. He supports the team with new opportunities and the existing portfolio businesses.

Issy joined in 2024 having spent three years working within private equity on deal origination and investment teams. Issy supports the team in sourcing new investment opportunities and fostering partnerships with high-growth businesses.

Nick joined in 2026 having spent over 4 years working in technology M&A, supporting on both private equity and trade transactions.

Nick joined in 2026 having spent almost four years working in Software and Tech Services M&A, advising entrepreneurs and investors through a range of transactions, after training as a Chartered Accountant.

Paul is an independent NED for GCP and has worked with three past investment partners. He has a large range of experience supporting Technology and Services sector businesses.

Paul is a Financial Services Industry Specialist, where he supports portfolio companies and investment teams with sector insight, strategic guidance, and operational leadership.

James joined GCP in 2025 to lead the development of our value creation function. He works closely with management teams across the portfolio to drive profitable growth and unlock long-term value.

Tessa joined in 2026 having spent eight years across in-house strategy and management consulting, including experience within a PE-backed business.

Jane joined in 2025 and works as a people consultant focused on development, wellbeing and performance across GCP and the portfolio.

John leads on all aspects of business operations, fund finance, tax and portfolio reporting. He plays a key role in developing peer to peer relationships and sharing best practice across our investment portfolio.

Zoe is responsible for financial reporting across GCP’s funds and portfolio companies. She joined the team in 2023 with experience in private equity finance.

As Investor Relations and Coverage Manager, Diva works across fundraising, investor relationships and adviser engagement, having supported the successful close of Fund VI since joining GCP in 2022.

George leads all strategic marketing and communications activity, while also supporting the marketing teams across our portfolio.

Bunmi is part of the GCP finance team and responsible for management accounts preparation, finance processing and operational support.

As Executive Assistant and Office Manager, Lauren joined GCP in 2025, having built a strong front-of-house and office management background across retail, talent management and property, with a reputation for organisation, warmth and discretion.

As Receptionist and Executive Assistant, Sophie joined GCP in February 2026, having held senior roles in PR and holding degrees in Events and Marketing.
